Dr. Palakodeti is our founder and principal. A double board-certified breast and cosmetic surgeon, Dr. P 

Alyssa is our Aesthetic Nurse and Clinical Lead. Alyssa is an expert nurse injector who specializes in natural enhancement with subtle artistry. She specializes in toxins, fillers, and ZO Skincare 

Kim is our office manager, surgery scheduler, and also the clinical assistant that has been with Dr. P the longest!

Kendra is our front desk concierge and the first voice you hear when you call The Aeshtetic Institute. She will coordinate all of your appointments at both of our locations.
